Supporting Tara

Tara provides each of its students with a highly personal educational experience that incorporates rigorous academics, artistic performance, and culturally enriching travel within a Waldorf curriculum. This uniquely powerful approach to education requires a substantial commitment of resources that cannot be fully covered by tuition alone. In addition, the school offers a number of families tuition assistance each year in order to make Tara accessible to students from a wide range of economic backgrounds. As a result, tuition covers only 70% of the school's annual operating budget. The remainder must be covered largely through the generous support of friends.
